Oh yeah, it's fanart. Look to your left. On the pc, I mean. There it is. Gir fanart! It's my best yet, which is why I featurerized it in the first place. I just like IZ, altough I only saw 2 episodes on YouTube. Gir's fun and easy to draw, so I decided to actually SHADE AND INK HIM.

I just made fanart of Japanese anime. Yeps, I sunk to a new low.
Nah, it's Bleach and it's known worldwide because of a crazy guy I don't know (not you, ~someguyyoudontknow) that put an animated gif of Bleach (which is some strange japanese female character spinning with a leek) to a Finnish Folk Song by Loituma called Ievan's Polka (Levan's Polka).
